Villa Mila is located in the vicinity of the medieval town of Trogir, one of the oldest and for many the most beautiful Croatian city. Trogir is only 30 kilometers away from Split and just a few kilometers from the international airport which makes it a perfect starting point for discovering and exploring Split region.

Situated in the area of mild Mediterranean climate, Trogir with its 2700 sunny hours per year is a real treasure among other tourist destinations in Croatia. Average air temperature throughout the year is above 15°C, reaching more than 30°C in summer. Sea temperature is well above 25°C in summer period.

If you are interested in spending a whole day on the beach, don’t worry, the pebble beach in only a few steps away. The beautiful promenade that separates villa from the sea takes you to the great choice of restaurants and bars in a moment. For the ones who would like to explore the region, there is a vast choice of sights within your reach in a one-day trip. You can choose between several National parks (Krka river, Plitvice lakes, Kornati islands, Paklenica), go rafting on Cetina River or visit nearby cities (Split, Šibenik, Primošten) and islands (Brač, Hvar, Šolta). But if your wish is just to relax and enjoy magnificent view then we recommend you just to stay where you are and enjoy everything Villa Mila has to offer!

Villa Mila is situated in the center of Dalmatia, on the eastern coastline of Adriatic sea, in a small fishermen village Seget Donji. It is next to the historical town Trogir (under the protection of UNESCO) and 7 kilometers from Split Airport. It is located in a first row from the sea but then again 40 meters away from the promenade which gives privacy and quietness.

Villa Mila is newly built in 2014/2015 which ensures top quality accommodation and satisfies highest standards. It offers 3 luxuriously furbished apartments, two of them on the 1st floor and a penthouse apartment on the 2nd floor. Each apartment has a spacious terrace with a fantastic view over dalmatian islands of Čiovo, Šolta and Brač.

All our guests have an exclusive right to use a private swimming pool in front of the villa. Large swimming pool of 34 m2  with solar heating surrounded by sun loungers and parasols on a 160 m2 wide sundeck is just what you need to relax your body and mind.

Prices: per night per apartment, VAT and City tax included.

Extra person: 25 EUR additionally per day (for the children up to 3 years is free).

Payment: No credit cards accepted, only cash.

Price includes: water, electricity, swimming pool usage, sun loungers, parasols, garbage disposal, A/C, SAT-TV, bed linens changeover once per week, towels changeover twice per week, parking space.

Apartment maintenance fees: 50 Euro per apartment per stay

Caution deposit: to be paid via bank transfer onto our account. It amounts to 30% of the total amount.

Damage deposit: 200 Euro cash bond is required at check-in and will be refunded in full upon check-out as long as there are no breakages or damage to the property.

Cancellations and full return of deposits: to be made 6 months prior to departure.
